If you think that personnel in private practise don’t give a damn about patient well being, this is not the case with the wonderful treatment my dad received from both Dr Vikram and Nurse Sashi at the Urology Clinic. Before coming here, we have visited and tried many other places on my dad prostate issue, almost giving up, but after seeing both Dr Vikram and nurse Sashi, under their careful management on my dad’s case, he’s now on his recovery. We really appreciate their patience on handling my dad (countless infection, high risk to undergo surgery as my dad is an ex stroke patient taking blood thinner) , especially to nurse Sashi for your various conversation with my dad , taught him on bladder exercise and gave him so much word of courage for him to recover so quickly. We are forever in grateful to both of you!

First of all, I must express my gratitude to Dr. Vikramjit Singh Saren and his assistant, Sasikala. Last year in May, my father experienced urinary issues due to prostate problems. Our first visit to SJMC incurred significant expenses, with the doctors insisting on surgery. However, each subsequent visit offered no relief, and seeking a second opinion at Thomson Hospital also yielded the same recommendation for surgery. Due to my father's poor health condition, surgery was not advisable, and having to use a urine bag was extremely burdensome. It wasn't until I met Dr. Vikramjit Singh Saren and his assistant, Sasikala, that my father finally recovered. I am truly grateful for encountering such a good doctor and his wonderful assistant. They are our family's saviors, and we are immensely thankful for their patience in listening to us and helping my father. Now, my father can move freely and is very happy. Nurse Sivajothi has been really helpful in making sure that I am being informed of the process from registration to payment. The customer service is very good here.
