This is my first time visiting KPJ Sentosa and I had a pleasant experience, right from the registration until doctor’s visit and diagnosis. The staffs at the registation counter, Ms. Jothi and Ms. Nurul have been very helpful in assisting me throughout my visit and I really appreciate the assistance rendered to push through for a Guarantee Letter from my insurance provider which takes approximately an hour only to be issued. The consultation with Dr. Vikramjit was also seamless and he was really detailed and explained my condition well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the services rendered by KPJ Sentosa and will highly recommend anyone wishing to consult a specialist to visit this hospital.
