I was admitted from 16/07/24 - 17/08/24. I was in the ICU for 6 days, then transferred to ward 3B room 353, and underwent physiotherapy during this period. Thank you to the doctors and staff from the Emergency Room > ICU > Ward 3b > Rehabilitation. Special thanks to Dr. Shuguna, the neurologist, and the physiotherapy staff - Pn. Nadia, En. Shah, Izaty, Azmi, and others. I was diagnosed with GBS, which is inflammation of the nerves causing my legs and hands to be unable to move normally. Recovery typically takes 6-7 months or longer, depending on the patient. With prayers and the expertise of the KPJ Selangor staff, I am now almost fully recovered and returned to work on 01/10/24. Thank you once again.

I would like to express my special thanks to Dr. Wan Juani, Dr. Raj Kumar, Dr. Shuguna, Dr. Jefri, and Dr. Sanker for providing a very thorough examination and ensuring I understood my health condition and the treatment provided clearly. This was my first appointment with the neurologist and MRI at KPJ with Dr. Shuguna. Alhamdulillah, I had a very good experience. Dr. Shuguna’s staff were friendly and kind.
