My auntie was rushed in after suffering a severe stroke, and within minutes, the emergency team moved with incredible speed — immediate assessment, CT scan angiogram, coordination with doctors, and urgently arranging the thrombectomy procedure by contacting the interventionist doctor. Beyond the medical excellence, what touched us most was the humanity. Mr Bryan and the team were there every step of the way — explaining, reassuring, assisting, and caring for both the patient and our frightened family. Their calmness and compassion gave us strength during an overwhelming and emotional time. Thanks to the swift and coordinated efforts of the emergency team and doctors, all three clots were successfully removed. My auntie is now in ICU and has regained movement in her head, eyes, arms, and legs — a miracle to our family. Pantai Hospital Ipoh did not just provide treatment; they gave us hope, dignity, and a second chance. We are forever grateful to the emergency department and medical team for their life-saving work.
