I can’t thankful enough to be here. Alhamdulillah. Thank you so much CH Setapak team for the tremendous service ever. Tbh. This hospital provided the best “sick experienced” and kindness towards me more powerful than any other meds (literally) hahaha and this is not my 1st time here okay? Everything from the registration until the end, i had no issue at all. Waiting time? No biggies, still can tolerate. Because i know im being served by the best team ever. Started when i had my stomachache on 24th Feb, went to 2 different clinic, they refer me to the hospital since the issue didn’t resolved. Then i met the very lovely, Dr Shanthini that suggested my problem should be treated by Dr Naveen. And from there……..i know im in good hands, definitely under the care of wonderful specialist. Dr Naveen and all the nurses (80B Ward) have made sure im well looked after my appendicectomy. Kuddos to Dr Rajeswari as my anes too. The way she comforted me before and after the surgery. So sweet and very motherly. The food team - awesome with lotsa menu and ordering just by using QR code daily. Hassle-free. The server very friendly, on time and food definitely very tasty. ✨✨✨✨✨ Not to forget, to the ladies that behind the scenes, all the aunties/kakaks. Thank you for keeping my space so clean every single day. I really appreciate your hard work. Satisfied with my “short vacay” (26/2-2/3) and really grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. Assalammualaikum…. Let me share my son journey here at Colombia Asia Hospital Setapak from 3/12/2024 until 16/1/2025 (45 days) Ward MD3. Room 82 & 70. Admitted on 3/12/2024, diagnosed Bacteria Infection in blood spread to afew Organs. Treated by Dr Shanthini (Internal Medicine), Dr Alif Adlan (Infectious Disease) and Doctor Sathvinder (Cardiologist). Also Dr Tan and Dr Hassan. My son treatment for 42 days antibiotics with monitoring and every 10 days will do Echo, MRI & CT Scan and Repeat blood test every weeks. As a mother and I stay here to take care of my son, I am truly satisfied with the treatment received by all the doctors and staff nurses. My son was very well taken care off by attentive doctors and nurses. The nurses are really friendly too and always make cheer of my son. They are SN Farah, Rugia, Asyikin, Wana, Wani, Nadia, Shakirah, Atiqah, Medelline, Marlyn, Umairah and all of them that i cant remember the name. Very2 helpful. Not to forget the Radiologist Syahirah also very helpful and friendly during MRI and CT scan. Thank you so much to all Doctors and Nurses for everything you have done to keep my son healthy and safe. I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received at this hospital. From the moment I started my treatment, I felt reassured knowing I was in good hands. Dr. Shantini, my internal medicine doctor, has been an incredible source of comfort and support. She’s extremely dedicated and always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns — no matter how small. What I appreciate most is how she explains everything in such detail, patiently and clearly, until I really understand what’s going on. Semua proses smooth je drpd pendaftaran sampai la ambik ubat kat pharmacy. Anak mmg pernah warded sini drpd umur 2 tahun, sama gak semua proses lancar. Docs, staffs and nurses semua baik2. I was also warded here for influenza A, Dr. Shantini gave detailed explanation of my condition and answers all my questions, thank u Dr! Much thanks to nurse Aananthy as well in making sure follow up sessions after discharge is smooth.

My mother was recently admitted for pneumonia. This is her third time at Columbia Asia Setapak and we had positive experiences for all of them. Dr Shantini is very caring, and treat her respectfully but still being firm. The nurses are also hardworking and kind.
