I can’t thankful enough to be here. Alhamdulillah. Thank you so much CH Setapak team for the tremendous service ever. Tbh. This hospital provided the best “sick experienced” and kindness towards me more powerful than any other meds (literally) hahaha and this is not my 1st time here okay? Everything from the registration until the end, i had no issue at all. Waiting time? No biggies, still can tolerate. Because i know im being served by the best team ever. Started when i had my stomachache on 24th Feb, went to 2 different clinic, they refer me to the hospital since the issue didn’t resolved. Then i met the very lovely, Dr Shanthini that suggested my problem should be treated by Dr Naveen. And from there……..i know im in good hands, definitely under the care of wonderful specialist. Dr Naveen and all the nurses (80B Ward) have made sure im well looked after my appendicectomy. Kuddos to Dr Rajeswari as my anes too. The way she comforted me before and after the surgery. So sweet and very motherly. The food team - awesome with lotsa menu and ordering just by using QR code daily. Hassle-free. The server very friendly, on time and food definitely very tasty. ✨✨✨✨✨ Not to forget, to the ladies that behind the scenes, all the aunties/kakaks. Thank you for keeping my space so clean every single day. I really appreciate your hard work. Satisfied with my “short vacay” (26/2-2/3) and really grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. MD4, Room 90B Dr. Shanthini Ward Nurse: Shasi Admitted to the ward on 27/2/26 until 1/3/26; the service here was excellent, soft-spoken, and drawing blood didn't hurt at all. First time being warded. Very satisfied with everyone here. Meals were served 3 times a day, filling me up until night. Highly recommended.
