Dr. Ibtisam Muhamad Nor is a distinguished Clinical Oncologist with extensive expertise in dental, upper GI, breast, gynecological, and colorectal cancers. She holds a pivotal leadership role as the Deputy Head of the Radiotherapy and Oncology Department at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), where she also spearheads specialized total body irradiation and total skin electron treatments. Dr. Ibtisam is dedicated to advancing oncology through education and research, serving as a supervisor and examiner for the Master of Clinical Oncology program at Universiti Malaya and contributing to critical research on thrombosis in solid organ cancer patients.
