1. Service Really impressed with the service. If there is an emergency, the nurses respond immediately and are always ready to help. All the nurse staff are friendly and welcoming, including the doctor. Big thanks to the staff for Dr Mujait. such a lovely staff. 2. Food Standard hospital food, but honestly most of the time it was delicious. Of course when you are sick, your appetite is low, but KPJ offered a lot of menu variety so at least there is a choice. 3. Cleanliness No doubt, it is clean. There is no strange smell, the room is always clean. The cleanliness is tip-top. A few things to note: • The discharge process and the time to enter the ward are a bit time-consuming. But I understand, it is all part of hospital procedures. Still, thank you KPJ for the warm hospitality. The care and service really made a difference during a difficult time. 🤍

Hi. I am very satisfied with the service provided by all the staff at this hospital. I had an accident and had treatment with Dr. Mujait. At first I only called but the clinic assistant answered every question clearly and patiently even though I had not met him. The ward was very helpful from admission to discharge. Please tell the ward that I really appreciate it and had to see him after office hours. Dr. Mujait also gave the best treatment with easy-to-understand explanations. Thank you for providing a positive and calming treatment experience and I will definitely come back again.
