Although my son’s follow-up appointment was initially postponed due to the doctor being in surgery—and we only found out upon arriving—she handled the situation with great empathy and professionalism. Seeing how disappointed my son was, she went the extra mile to check with the doctor and tried her best to help us. Thankfully, the doctor had just completed the operation, and she managed to arrange for my son to be seen on the same day. We truly appreciate her effort, patience, and genuine care. Her assistance made a stressful situation much easier for us. Thank you for the wonderful service.

And the receptionist Ghauri is very professional, and warm. She explain my next step in detail as well. Overall, it was a great experience I didnt need to bring a book.
