Last month, I accompanied my husband to KPJ for a consultation with Dr. Lau, a neurosurgeon, as my husband has been experiencing back pain. During our visit, there was an assistant to Dr. Lau, if I’m not mistaken, her name was Jenifer Paula. I truly appreciate the assistance provided by you. I went to kpj recently send my mom to meet Dr lau bik liang for neurosurgery then , his assistant Ms. Jenifer Paula was there that time , then we talk for a moment about my mom surgery so that time she give us advice about what should we do for the next . And I took her advice to not let my mom drink any alcohol and eat heavy foods . Now , all what I can say Ms jenifer Paula such a great person and really kind person . She’s great worker to deal with thankyou for helping us and my mom now getting better after we following her advices. 🥰
