Alhamdulillah, I received the best treatment here (17.09.2025 - 30.09.2025) for allergies & inflammation, as well as trigeminal neuralgia affecting my facial nerves. The doctors directly involved in my treatment were Dr. Nor Aslina Abd Samat, Dr. Harneet Ranu, Dr. Farrah Jaa'far, Dr. Asrarul Fikri, and Dr. Teoh Jin Hooi. I was referred to many doctors according to their respective specializations when the allergies and inflammation occurred. Much of it affected my skin from head to toe, and my vision was also disturbed. My heartfelt thanks to all the doctors who tried their best, acted swiftly, and consulted with each other when my inflammation spread further on the first and second days here. While receiving skin treatment, I was informed by Dr. Ranu, who is experienced in skin treatment, about the types of fungi that were attacking. Alhamdulillah, within 2 weeks here, there were many significant improvements. My skin gradually healed from a state of severe itchy rashes, dryness, and bleeding cracked lips. Once again, thank you to the doctors, nurses, ambassadors who frequently visited to check on me, and the staff at Aurelius Hospital, Alor Setar, for their cooperation.

My mom had a great experience here in Aurelius Hospital Alor Setar for her cataract operation. Under the care of Dr Farrah, a very experience and meticulous ophthalmologist, she went through a pleasant surgery. All the staff in Aurelius Hospital Alor Setar, from the Specialist Clinic B, Dandelion 3 and 3a, OT, ambassador, registration and admission were very friendly, nice and helpful. She will definitely come back for her second cataract surgery here.

Staff Front Desk, Administration, Clinic Floor 2 , Ward 3A & Pharmacy semuanya friendly & helpful sangat. Kalau you all tak paham @ tak tahu, just ask them. Overall, please come to Aurelis for better healthcare. Price? Not too pricey, not that cheap. 😅

i’ve been to few specialist but without any exact diagnosis for my eye problem, luckily after seeing dr farrah and a few test done, i was diagnosed with severe dry eyes. with medication my eyes has improved greatly. she gave good consultation and hopefully my eye problems resolved soon.
