My daughter was recently admitted for acute appendicitis under Dr Bernard (surgeon). He was very friendly, calm, composed and always on time. Surgery was uneventful and my daughter recovered well. Recommended. Emergency department was a little chaotic. Delay in taking vital signs for patients who just came in, delay in triaging patients. We were triaged to yellow zone only after I requested (my daughter was having abdominal pain, fever and vomitting- acute symtoms). Delay in starting IVD and antibiotics prescribed by doctor way earlier. They started treatment only after I reminded them a couple of times. On a separate occasion, I came in with allergies after insect bite. They made me wait almost 40 mins before I intervened for hydrocort stat as my face was already swelling up. This department need to be reviewed again. It seems that emergencies are taken lightly and not properly managed. Nurses in ward need to be more friendly and approachable. Sour faces and attitude doesn't work too well in health facilities, especially in private setting. Otherwise they served medications and vital sign monitoring on time. Rooms need upgrade. Old furnitures and small space. We found ants and tiny roaches inside the room. Housekeeping and meals were excellent.

Being admitted here..the process is very easy from clinic visit, admission, and staff assist from wad 3 and also endoscopy unit. Mr Muhsin from endoscopy unit very skillful and proffesional when handling my case. My doctor which is Mr Bernard Chan is the best surgeon that I ever met. His explanation and treatment did help on my problem. KUDOS to PHSP team!

Alhamdulillah..so far the service and treatment is very fast..went in yesterday..tomorrow morning I can do endoscopy treatment..in the evening I can go back..Thank you Dr. Bernard..for the best service

The daycare nurses were equally amazing—gentle, patient, and always responsive. They treated my father with dignity and warmth, and made sure he was monitored closely throughout.
