Dr Hyder provided very clear explanations about my allergies and suggestions for how to manage them. He was also very accommodating with appointment scheduling.

Staffs such as doctor and pharmacist, they are friendly and can answer my enquiries regarding any illness. The doctor and pharmacist that serve me is Dr Hyder and Miss Tamil.

I had an unexpected fall at home today and came to Columbia Asia Hospital Petaling Jaya for treatment. From the moment I arrived, the entire team at the Emergency Department was incredibly attentive and caring. Special thanks to Dr. Hyder, who attended to me immediately and to Staff Nurse Fiona and Staff Nurse Hanis for helping me onto the bed and noticing that my wrist bone was broken. They placed my arm in a sling with so much care and reassurance. Shahruz also assisted me and brought me to the Radiology Department for my X-ray . He was very friendly and helpful. At Radiology, Ms. Priyanka attended to me and was very gentle throughout the X-ray process. The whole team was fast and professional. I was then referred to Dr. Paul, Consultant Orthopaedic, who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything clearly and applied a plaster of Paris for my fracture with great care. Even the security guard was friendly and made my experience smoother by helping to open the door for me. The hospital environment is very clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Overall, I’m truly grateful for the excellent service and the compassion shown by everyone I met today. Highly recommended.

Had to do an emergency heart surgery due to a sudden heart attack and came to the ER for treatment. Everyone from the doctor in the ER that night, to Dr Prem who performed my surgery to the nurses Mary, Fiona, Kristina and Athirah who took care of me in the ICU was super nice and proficient in their job. The sudden angioplasty surgery was conducted professionally and efficiently and the aftercare was great

Our mom was hospitalized for 12 days in November 2023 under the care of Dr. Wendy Chong. She was diagnosed with cellulitis and later with bacteremia. Dr. Wendy helped reduce our mom's infection to an acceptable level. After our mom was discharged, Dr. Wendy assisted her in managing her blood sugar levels to prevent another episode of cellulitis. We are very grateful to Dr. Wendy for her constant monitoring and advice. Currently, my mom's blood sugar is at a healthy level. We will continue to bring our mom to Dr. Wendy’s clinic. We can't thank Dr. Wendy and Nurse Azreen enough for the excellent care they have provided. Special thanks to Dr. Wendy Chong, Dr. Chong, Dr. Tristan, Dr. Basir, Dr. Hyder, Azreen, Nana, Atika, Alis and Aisha's and the rest of the nursing staff for your dedication and care for 12 days.
