I had a recent experience at Bukit Tinggi Medical Center's Emergency Department and admission process, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The overall service and process were extremely stressful and painfully slow, leaving much to be desired. However, there were some bright spots amidst the frustration. Dr. Siva and Dr. Lee, who attended to my daughter, were exceptional. They were not only competent professionals but also displayed a friendly and compassionate attitude, which provided some comfort during a difficult time. In addition, the nurses in the OT were outstanding. Regrettably, the same cannot be said for the hospital general line attendant staff. Their demeanor and behavior were far from pleasant and friendly. Overall, my experience at Bukit Tinggi Medical Center left me with the impression that it was not worth the money. The poor service, especially in the admission process and the behavior of general line staff, overshadowed the positive aspects of my interaction with Dr. Siva, Dr. Lee, and the nurses in the OT. There is an urgent need for massive improvements in the overall service and processes of this facility to ensure a more positive and patient-centered experience in the future.

I recently visited the Radiology Department and was truly impressed by the exceptional care and professionalism provided by the team. Ms. Aqilah, Ms. Meela, Ms. Joveni, and Ms. Ain were all incredibly attentive and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their expertise and friendly demeanor put me at ease, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Additionally, the OPD staff at Dr. Siva's Clinic (especially Ida) and Dr. Arul's Clinic (particularly CA) were outstanding. They were organized, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their dedication to patient care really shines through, making my visit comfortable and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and commitment to excellence! Highly recommended!

Dr. Siva and Nurse Piedad are very good. The service is excellent, they are always smiling. Every explanation is very easy to understand and the best. I like it.
