My 77 yr old mum just had major open combined gynaecological & urological surgery at BMC. I was impressed at how quickly her scans and tests were done, as well as the only hospital in Sarawak with PET scan which helped guide mums treatment. Mum was treated compassionately with twice daily visits by Specialists and was explained her options all throughout this very stressful time. She had physiotherapy pre-op and after her procedure. Mum woke up from her anaesthetic beautifully; alert, minimal pain, no nausea / vomiting and was already walking 1 day after major open surgery and discharged after 4 days! I'm also immensely grateful to the anaesthetic nurses in the OT for their invaluable support and care, especially during my time in the observation bay post-delivery. Their tireless care, day and night, looking after both me and my baby, was truly remarkable and deeply appreciated. Great hospitality and staffs are efficient. Done my OGDS and Colonscopy here and would like to thank Dr Simon Huang clinic for the great experience. I don't have to wait very long for the consultation and the procedure is arranged on the very next day. Staffs promptly follow up on my insurance claim and make sure I am well taken care of throughout my stay in the hospital. Marketing staffs are very detailed and patiently follow up on my enquiry on the services and always provide extra miles service to assist me on several matters. I am also patient of rheumatologist Dr Teh and O&G Dr Philip and so far the outpatient and stay in experience has been great with this hospital.
