Visited the OBGYN clinic - Dr Philip is very professional and efficient, I know I am in good hands throughout the process. I also want to say a big thank you to the nurses in L4 for their dedication. The CS/ marketing dept has been very prompt in answering/ forwarding my enquiries to respective doctors which I appreciate a lot. However the emergency dept is a huge disappointment - the registration staff was slow (15mins waiting for nothing), not attentive and has no sense of urgency. Come on, time is gold and anything can happen to the patient at any second! This type of attitude or lack of competency is definitely intolerable, it is at the cost of other people's lives.

Great hospitality and staffs are efficient. Done my OGDS and Colonscopy here and would like to thank Dr Simon Huang clinic for the great experience. I don't have to wait very long for the consultation and the procedure is arranged on the very next day. Staffs promptly follow up on my insurance claim and make sure I am well taken care of throughout my stay in the hospital. Marketing staffs are very detailed and patiently follow up on my enquiry on the services and always provide extra miles service to assist me on several matters. I am also patient of rheumatologist Dr Teh and O&G Dr Philip and so far the outpatient and stay in experience has been great with this hospital.

Had my firstborn delivery here, patient’s comfort and concern were prioritised throughout the procedure. The nurses and midwives took care of my emotions well and reassured me before and after my operation. The anaesthetist explained the procedure thoroughly so I knew what to expect. Special thanks to Dr Philip who monitored my pregnancy throughout, listened to my need and executed the operation excellently. Had a great experience overall. Highly recommend!
