During the initial treatment at the ER around 2 AM... my child Siti Nur Salsabila Syaurah received treatment on 6/8/26 and the best service from the ER staff, Dr. Adam, SN Shazreena, SN Azwin, SSN Fazlina, SSN Asyikin, NM Yati before being admitted to Isolation Ward MD2. Alhamdulillah... The staff at MD2 who attended to us were also SSN Siti Shalini, SN Nisa, SSN Nithia, NM Safira. Thank you so much for making my child feel comfortable, coaxing her to take her medicine, and keeping her entertained with your jokes... Even though you were tired from working all day, you never lost your smiles. I apologize if I missed mentioning anyone here... I express my deepest gratitude. Only Allah can repay your kindness... 💕😘

As an individual who has very low pain tolerance, Dr Aiffa and nurse Sn Suaidah was so gentle to me they heard my concerns well. Not only they were gentle but also very fast process in the emergency room. Honestly 10/10 service 10/10 first impressions 10/10 will come here my next visit 10/10 to Aiffa and Sn Suaidah In ward 60-A the nurses here were so kind and gentle too, coming in and out just to check in on me.

Their care truly made a difference in my overall experience. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food provided — it was both enjoyable and comforting.
