I had a recent stay at this hospital and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and service I received. A special thank you to Dr Adam at the ED and I am also very grateful to Dr Azfar (Orthopaedic Surgeon), Dr Ng (Cardiologist), and the anaesthesia team — Dr Imran, Dr Rohana, and Dr Collins — for their expertise, reassurance, and dedication throughout my surgeries and treatment. Ward MD5 113 SN Ika, PCA Hanisah, PCA Fatin & team deserves special recognition for their attentiveness, kindness, and consistent support during my post-op care, including Physiotherapist Sara and team. Their care truly made a difference in my overall experience. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the food provided — it was both enjoyable and comforting. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hospital for their professionalism and patient-centered care.

Emergency doctor Aiffa and nurse Asyikin and all ER team provide a good service

As an individual who has very low pain tolerance, Dr Aiffa and nurse Sn Suaidah was so gentle to me they heard my concerns well. Not only they were gentle but also very fast process in the emergency room. Honestly 10/10 service 10/10 first impressions 10/10 will come here my next visit 10/10 to Aiffa and Sn Suaidah In ward 60-A the nurses here were so kind and gentle too, coming in and out just to check in on me.
