26/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Azlina Saaban (ENT)/Dr. Collin (Anesthetic) - Tonsil operation went well. The doctors provided accurate explanations regarding the operation procedure and post-surgery condition. The nurses on MD3 ward took good care of me before and after the surgery. 2/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Amir (Physician)/Dr. Azlina (ENT) - Warded due to tonsillitis and bronchitis, with intermittent fever. The doctors provided excellent and very detailed explanations about my illness, and conducted highly relevant tests/diagnoses for my condition. The doctors were very attentive to my health progress after being given medication and antibiotics. Throughout the 4 days and 3 nights in the hospital, I was very satisfied with the services provided. 26/2/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Manmohan/Dr. Law Zhe Kang - Physiotherapy was scheduled in the ward, and all the pain I was experiencing was taken seriously. Very satisfied with the hospital's service. 5/1/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Razale - Treated well by the doctor and given a clear explanation about GERD. F&B - Food was delicious, suitable for people with GERD/gastric issues. Service was satisfactory and the overall service was very good.

A big thank you to Dr. Lisa (my O&G doctor), the nurses, and the other doctors (Dr. Collins, Dr. Tan, Dr. Mastura and Dr. Kenneth) who cared for me during my labor. I really struggled with the pain and felt very overwhelmed, but everyone was so patient, calm, and understanding throughout the whole process. Dr. Lisa was very reassuring and professional, and her stitching skills were excellent. She was gentle and precise, which made me feel much more at ease. The nurses were incredibly supportive and encouraging, and the doctors were also attentive and caring. I’m truly grateful for the kindness and dedication shown to me and my baby during such an important moment in my life.

Thank you so much to the dedicated team at Columbia Asia cheras hospital for the excellent care given to my son. From the emergency department, to ward Md1 the operating theatre department, and throughout his stay from 4th August until his discharge on 6 August, the experience was truly reassuring. Special thanks to Doc Man for his outstanding care, Dr Collins the anaesthetist for his expertise and professionalism. To the wonderful nurses of ward Md1 especially senior nurse kay your kindness, attentiveness and compassion meant so much to us. This is our first time here at Columbia Asia Hospital - Cheras. Mom was here for a major surgery. We are blessed to have Dr Lisa Eik, Dr Azam, Dr Collins and Dr Peter for their advice. Dr Lisa is our main doctor. She is a very dedicated, loving, caring and humble doctor which can hardly find. We appreciate her support given throughout the journey. Her prompt actions in connecting us seamlessly with all doctors and departments have resulted in a smooth flow for us to get the right things done. Nurses and all supporting staff in Ward 3 are really awesome. They are helpful, caring and passionate about the support given. One big thing that we noticed as a difference compared to other hospitals we have experienced, all staff here came with a smile and they work together as a Team. If there is really really one small thing that we think it could be an area of opportunity, we would suggest to relook at the fish selection as the one that mainly available was dory fish. Other than that, the food is really delicious and healthy. It was customized based on patient situation. Big kudos to everyone and do keep up the momentum! Thank you for taking good care of our mom, much appreciated! We hope Columbia Asia Hospital - Cheras continue the great work and recognize your talents regularly.
