Hospital was satisfactory.. with Dr Chuahh Siong Keat.. and Dr Jeffrey Amit... Very satisfactory.. best recommend

10 years already with Columbia Asia Taiping. Service parking everything okay, really comfortable. If you have a bone problem, you can directly see Dr. Jeff and the physio. So far everything is okay, nothing to complain about!

Out of all the hospitals I’ve been to, I think this is the best one so far. From the environment, the nurses, the doctors, the food, and the overall service a everything was very smooth and well managed. I really appreciate how the nurses treated and took care of me from the emergency department until I was admitted to the ward. Mereka sangat baik, attentive dan buat saya rasa selesa sepanjang berada di hospital. Special thanks to Dr Jeffrey and Dr Lou for their effort in making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism and kindness really meant a lot to me. The operating theatre honestly looked like something out of a K-drama, very clean and modern. The wards are also nice and comfortable. I was hoping for a single room, but even the 2-bed ward is still quite spacious and comfortable. For the physiotherapy team, I really love how they treated me. They are very friendly and supportive, so doing physiotherapy didn’t feel boring at all. Mereka buat saya rasa sangat selesa dan encourage saya sepanjang sesi. Overall, 10/10 experience. I truly appreciate everything the team has done for me. Thank you so much! ❤️

Admitted to ward 82B under Dr. Jeffry. Dr. Jeffry is always the best and performs excellently in providing treatment, and the doctor is very soft-spoken with patients. Kudos to the MD3 staff, SN Nurani, SN Siti Maisarah, and SN Aisyah, who are always committed to providing the best service and care for the patients under their charge. Always smiling and also attending to patients gently. I hope they read this review and continue to provide the best service for other patients👍
