Not to forget the very efficient and competent Emergency Room doctors and nurses especially to Dr. Tai and her team of nurses. Your security guard helped me to the lift and get the nurse. I did not know his name, but what he did to help me, I would not forget. Help me to say thank you to your security guards. You all deserved more than 5 Stars. 👍👍👍

Overall i would say i had a great hospitalisation experience with columbia asia cheras. OPD - Both OPD A and B staffs are very friendly and always assist me while i had 2 appointments with specialists on one day. Admission and discharge/finance counter - Very fast process and well explanation by staffs incharge. Emergency department - While waiting for bed, i rest in emergency department, nurse and staffs are always there to help and fast respone to my request. Ward MD3 bed 92 - The care from the nurses and staff during my admission made me feel reassured and less anxious. F&B - Foods are delicious and staff are friendly. Housekeeping - I'm surprised that they will come to clean the room everyday and the staffs are friendly. Pharmacy - Staff explained to me regarding the medications very well and make sure i am understand when im discharge. Last but not least, i would like to thanks to Dr Man Mohan, Dr Law and Dr Tai for treating me and providing attentive care during my stays.

I came with severe abdominal pain to ER. Then, I was attended by Dr Tai. CT scan done on the day itself. Founded ovarian ruptured by Dr Norshidah, Dr Norazam. Straight away plan for operation. Alhamdulilah It was successful surgery. ICU team was awesome as well. Thank you so much fast response on handling emergency case. I really appreciate it. Keep up with awesome job 👍
