We had a wonderful experience at Sunway Medical Centre, both during the delivery of our baby, Annya, and her recent admission. During my delivery, I was under the care of Dr. Thow Sun Tat, and I am truly grateful for his professionalism, patience, and reassurance throughout the entire process. He made me feel safe and well taken care of during such an important moment. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Lee Meng Li from the anaesthesia team. She was incredibly caring and handled my emotions so well during the process, which really comforted me and made a big difference to my overall experience. The nursery nurses were also excellent — caring, attentive, and very gentle with our newborn, which gave us great peace of mind as new parents. Recently, we brought Annya to the Child Emergency, and once again, we experienced outstanding care. The doctors and nurses at the emergency department were calm, attentive, and professional, which reassured us during a very stressful time. After admission to the ward, the level of care continued to impress us. Our paediatrician, Dr. Tay Chee Giap, was knowledgeable, patient, and very caring. He explained Annya’s condition clearly and guided us through every step, which we truly appreciated. We would also like to sincerely thank all the nurses at Ward Level 6. Every one of them was kind, compassionate, and always ready to help. Their dedication made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you, Sunway Medical Centre, for taking such good care of both myself and our baby. We are truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to our family.

I had a wonderful birth experience at Sunway Hospital, and I’m truly grateful to my Dr Thow Sun Ta and also my Midwife Kris and PCA Mega for their amazing support throughout my natural delivery. Kris, my midwife, and Mega, my PCA, were both incredibly patient and caring from the beginning until the end of my labour. They stayed by my side, guided me through every stage, and constantly encouraged me when the contractions became difficult. Their calmness, kindness, and reassurance made such a big difference during the whole process. They were not only professional but also very thoughtful and attentive, always checking on how I was feeling and making sure I was comfortable. Their encouragement gave me the strength and confidence to go through the entire natural birth. Choosing to deliver at Sunway Hospital was truly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I feel very lucky to have had Kris and Mega supporting me during such an important moment in my life. Thank you both for making this experience so positive and memorable.

During my pregnancy, I experienced a lot of anxiety, but every time I saw Dr. Thow Sun Ta during my antenatal check-ups, I immediately felt calm and reassured. He is an incredibly gentle, patient, and professional doctor who always took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. His reassuring manner made a huge difference to my emotional well-being. Even my husband often mentioned that Dr. Thow is truly a very good doctor. I eventually had a Caesarean section, and I felt completely safe and confident under his professional care. After delivery, Deepa provided me with exceptional support in managing my breast milk. She was extremely patient and guided me step by step, answering all my questions with kindness and care. Her professionalism and gentle attitude made me feel supported and comfortable during a time that can be overwhelming for new mothers. Both Dr. Thow Sun Ta and Deepa are not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring and compassionate. Their dedication, patience, and professionalism made my entire experience at Sunway Subang Hospital a very positive and reassuring one.
