Dr. Mohamed Faizal Ali is a distinguished Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with extensive expertise in reconstructive surgery, burn surgery, and cleft lip and palate repair. A pioneer in Malaysian plastic surgery, he founded the Combined Cleft Team at UKM Medical Center and led the UKM Medical Center Burn Unit. His leadership roles also include heading Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the Head and Neck Oncology Team at UKM. Dr. Faizal Ali is a dedicated educator, serving as a Lecturer and Supervisor for Master's programs at UKM and USM, and an Associate Professor at KPJ Healthcare University College. He has significantly advanced burn care through his collaboration with the Australian New Zealand Burns Association.
