The service here at BTMC was excellent. The flow was smooth. We didn't wait for very long. My dad came to do blood test, ecg and echo test. It was done by Staff Sathissha. She was very polite. Special thanks to Dr Shathis and staff Sathissha for being very kind and generous.

Recently I brought my mother for her heart check up to 4th floor BTMC. Seen Dr Sathis & he ordered some blood test& an echocardiogram. She was so anxious to do all the test , luckily the echo staff Ms Wani was so polite & friendly and she managed to tackle my mom's fear. I attended a check-up with Dr Shathis, who arranged an echocardiogram and stress test for me. Overall, the service provided by the cardiology department staff was excellent. Satisha and Aswati assisted me during the echo and stress test. both were very friendly and helped put me at ease throughout the procedure.

Special thanks to Dr Shathiskumar, Ms. Waniey for the echocardiogram and Ms. Shatisha, Ms ezaty for the stress test. The team was professional, kind, and efficient. Very satisfied with the service.

Dr. Shathiskumar is really professional and good on the diagnosis and treatment, my father has 90% and 95% of blockage, the arrangement of surgery has been done as soon as got diagnosed, the surgery is very successful. All of the staff is very friendly. The environment is clean and comfortable. Instructions and advice given is clear and easy to understand, appreciate very much for all of this, the BEST!!!
