I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Alex Khoo from the Pediatric Neurology Department at PCSH Hospital. He is a highly professional and experienced doctor, and what's even rarer is his immense compassion and patience. During the several months of my son's persistent eye blinking and facial twitching symptoms, which caused me great anxiety, Dr. Khoo not only accurately diagnosed the condition but also patiently and meticulously explained every step to me, making me feel reassured and trusting throughout the entire treatment process. With his professional treatment, appropriate medication, and most importantly, the management combined with the Kiddo diet (pediatric ketogenic diet), my son's condition significantly improved within just three months, almost fully recovering, which truly brings me immense relief and gratitude. I would also like to extend special thanks to dietitian Chui Jia Ying. She carefully explained the Kiddo diet to me, guided me step-by-step on how to prepare my child's meals, and provided many practical suggestions and information on purchasing ingredients. Her patience and professionalism made the transition to this dietary pattern much less difficult and much more confident for me. Although my child has recovered, this dietary approach is so healthy that I wish to continue using it for my other children's diets. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Khoo and dietitian Chui for their selfless dedication.

Dr Alex Khoo bed side manners, support of parents anxiety and diagnostic skills are excellent. From start to end he gave the best treatment, best advise and kept us in the loop of every single plan. Mr Tee of the pharmacy and his team were excellent in their counselling and services. All the nurses from ED to peads ward 2A were supportive, kind and alert despite nurses always being so busy.
