I Find all Is good during im admitted here the nurses take care me well and so caring on me.. Dr Sara also so good and give me good explanation on my progress and finding.. finally not forgotten here customer Service Chrysteena so friendly and polite.. i feel Happy and satisfied😊

I was admitted on Feb 2022 for about 8 days in Ward 6B and transferred to Ward 6A on the next day after my Covid PCR is Negative, both services from the ward is excellent. Thumbs up to the nurses, support services staff, housekeeping Makcik Siti and allied health staff. Room: I stayed in Single Room and it is conducive. Food: Healthy food, prepared well and tasty for me (at that time). Doctors: Thanks to Dr Yong Chee Meng, Dr Saravana & Dr Jaspal who cleared my doubts and supported me in case of any difficulties. Not to forget to Dr Puva & Dr Kushantini in ER Department & Dr Kasumawati (Radiologist) too. Really appreciate that. Overall experience is satisfactory.

On 22nd March, 2024, I had my Colonoscopy and Endoscopy done at ParkCity Medical Center by Dr. Saravanan. He is an excellent doctors. I find him to be highly competent, most professional, gentle and kind. I certainly would recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for gastrointestinal problems. A special thank you to his personal assistant/nurse, Anis. She is a very nice, warm and caring person. All the staff that I encountered there were friendly, approachable and helpful. Worth mentioning is the hospital which is clean, spacious and has a comfortable environment. The 2 toilets that I had been in were spotlessly clean and that’s something. Thank you so much Dr. Saravana and all the staff at Parkcity Medical Center. I had the most pleasant experience.

I was admitted to ParkCity Medical Centre end of October 2024 via emergency at about 2am plus due to excruciating pain at my abdomen area. The ER doctor and three specialists doctor that treated me namely Dr Saravana Kumar (Gastroencologist), Dr Arumuga Kumar Rajendram (Urologist) and last but not least Dr Vinodhini Bhaskaran (Gynecologist) all took great effort to treat me during my few days stay at Parkcity Medical Centre. It was also nearing Deepavali festive but their commitment to treat me are unquestionable. Kudos to Dr Vinod who is ever so willing to listen and caring towards her patients. I hope ParkCity Medical Centre will continue the excellence in service and hospitality.
