Very good service n friendly staff at Sakura Ward.. thanks for Dr.Neo n Dr. Karuna..I'm so satisfied with the service...food not bad but soso n still can improved.. Visiting hours need to be reconsidered because there are times when patients come in in an emergency and it is possible that there are necessities left behind.. families are not allowed to enter and have to wait for visiting hours.. I think this needs a little change to avoid customer dissatisfaction...any way thanks KPJ Kluang..

Hi eveyone.. Recently my mother did her knee replacement at KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital. After more than 10 years pain & suffer, she get released from it. I'm happy to see her now. She can walk as usual now. I would like to thank Dr. Neo who did the operation successfully. As he promise before the operation, my mother back to normal. As the same time i would like to thank Sakura ward nurses. They are so friendly. They take care my mother like their mother. Each and every second they keep eye on her. Until she get into the car at lobby they follow her. Food provided at KPJ also very delicious. Once again i thank to KPJ Kluang Specialist, Dr. Neo and Sakura ward nurses. Sure i and my mother will recommend KPJ Kluang Specialist to our family members and friends.
