Dr. Fazliana Ismail is a highly distinguished Consultant Ophthalmologist and Oculoplastic Surgeon at UM Specialist Centre, recognized for her advanced expertise in complex eye and facial plastic surgery. She completed her foundational medical degree and Master of Ophthalmology at the renowned Universiti Malaya.
