“When you discover excellence, it should be promoted and celebrated"...An Expats personal experience at Pantai Hospital On the day of my admission to Pantai hospital KL for Inguinal hernia surgery I was beside myself with apprehension and anxiety, but this was gently eased by the warm smiles and reassuring words of the hospital admission staff, who welcomed me with genuine care and professionalism. My goodness, I had made it to 70 and this was my first admission to hospital. Later that evening, supporting anaesthetist Dr Lim Kin Yuee played a crucial role in further alleviating my fears by explaining the anaesthesia process and what I could expect before, during, and after the surgery. Being 70 signalled extra precaution for both Dr Meheshinder and Dr Lim so they engaged cardiologist Dr Ernest Ng Wee Oon to check my heart health early the next morning before surgery that afternoon just to be sure. After surgery I was moved to ward C6, a close monitoring recovery ward where I was surrounded by a team of 25 nurses and support staff working seamlessly together with precision and empathy. The post-operative care I received was nothing short of exceptional. The nurses were beyond vigilant and caring. I must especially thank staff nurse Maria pictured here who tirelessly sat at the foot of my bed for long shifts so she could immediately respond should something go wrong. Now 8 months after my procedure I remain immensely grateful for the professionalism, skill, and the dedication of Dr Meheshinder, his medical team and the 25 sisters, nurses and support staff from Pantai Hospital’s ward C6 .

I recently took my mom here for her colonoscopy treatment, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of care she received. From the moment we arrived, the staff and nurses were incredibly kind and attentive. The nurses, especially Ms Kogila made sure my mom was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, showing exceptional professionalism and empathy. They patiently answered all our questions and made us feel at ease during what could have been a stressful experience. Dato Dr Meheshinder was one of the best doctors we've encountered. His bedside manner was exceptional, making my mom feel relaxed and confident in his care. He explained the procedure clearly and ensured we understood every step, which was very reassuring. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the entire procedure went smoothly. We felt confident that my mom was in good hands. I am extremely grateful to the team at the Beacon Hospital for their excellent care and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical treatment. To Amazing doctors, staff and nurses at Pantai Hospital. Through my difficult journey it was Dr Maheshinder Singh that we looked for to perform procedure and brought us to Pantai. The appreciation of his skills and care will never be enough. Due to this fantastic Dr my surgery ended successful. I will forever remember this. Through my toughest days i had so good care from the nurses and staff in HDU, Ward 4B and the Stoma and Wound clinic. You all have cared for me day and night in a way that make me emotional when speaking of it. You helped me through this period. There were many of you. This will be part of my memory when continue my journey at home. In my recovering having access to Sn Fuzhiah bt Mat Nayan, to care and handle my Stoma & Wounds, is truly a relief. Very good and comfort hospital and great hospitality by them. Latest technology to treat cancer, with their Halcyon and Truebeam mechine.. PR Officer very friendly (Pn.Adha) ..the Doctor (Dr.Ng) very wellverse in their field and attach to the patient. I give 5 star in Malaysia and recommend to all. I also do my operation here with another doctor (Dr.Dato Mahesh), he is very experience and treat me well and look after me as well until now. Very good at all. The nurse (Ms.Kogi) also very helpful. For RT and chemo staff, they all give very good service .

Truly impressive with the complimentary parking above that the buggy drivers are simply awesome as their attitude is very good and potrays lots of kindness & humanity.
