Top notch hospital warm like home 🏡 my husband feels very comfortable with the team and with pantry which provides food and snack🩷 Dr Meheshinder and Dr Tan Li Ping has been my top surgeons and their care is simply perfect 💯 Great hospitality and looking forward to go home. Joyce and the food team is excellent as I'm being always provided with the best and appreciation to Sr Azian and her team for their gentle care. The Dato Mehes, Dr Chong amd Dr Leong is very professional and caring. Besides tthat, the food coordinator, Joyce and the nurses from icu and tulip ward is helpful and responsible. Thank you everyone and hope you all keep on your professionalism and spirit to help the other who need.

Very good and comfort hospital and great hospitality by them. Latest technology to treat cancer, with their Halcyon and Truebeam mechine.. PR Officer very friendly (Pn.Adha) ..the Doctor (Dr.Ng) very wellverse in their field and attach to the patient. I give 5 star in Malaysia and recommend to all. I also do my operation here with another doctor (Dr.Dato Mahesh), he is very experience and treat me well and look after me as well until now. Very good at all. The nurse (Ms.Kogi) also very helpful. For RT and chemo staff, they all give very good service .

I have been through many hospitals but none like Beacon. Right from arrival to end of the visit, you see and witness nothing but smiles and courtesy throughout. The staff are friendly and efficient and not forgetting the professional team of medical services/consultations by the Doctors and their assistants - in my case Dr Ibrahim, Dr Meheshinder and Miss Jessica Yeo. Charges of ward rooms and their services & conditions are reasonable and very satisfactory. I will definitely recommend and refer Beacon Hospital to anyone who requires medical services. Am truly grateful to have been introduced to Beacon hospital for mum to get treated. Service by almost all the staff from the front counter, to the nurses has been pleasant 1. Doctors Dato Dr Ibrahim, Dato Dr Maheshinder and Dr Balan has been very professional and communicate well with us. 2. Nurses from top Sisters, to the HAs has been really gentle and loving to mum. Of course not all but I can safely say almost all of them are great. 3. Food is generally good and it seems like they are improving even more with more varieties being introduced. They even sell organic chicken & various other healthy food for the rest of us in the family to buy and consume at home. 4. Clean, I feel comfortable because of the clean environment we are in. 5. All other staff, the PR team, front counter, cafeteria lady, all has been great. Only complaint is the cleaners barging into our room in the middle of the night unannounced and onning all the lights just to clear the rubbish by the door. We can clearly see the kind compassion and genuineness to help patients from the leader Madam Mary trickling down to all her staff as we can feel it especially comparing with our other experiences from other medical institutions. Truly grateful and will definitely recommended to anyone I know that needs the help that Beacon provides. 🙏
