I’m glad to have my antenatal check up in this hospital. My OG is DR SURESH, who is a very caring, warm and experienced dr. I was looking forward for my monthly check up during my pregnancy as Dr Suresh able to reduce my nervous for my baby. He knows every of his patients’ condition well. His sub-specialty in fetal medicine makes his detailed scan is superb. I’m happy with my delivery experience here too. All nurses were helpful. No bad vomiting and less pain compared to my first caesarean delivery in other hospital. This all credits to Dr Suresh and his team in making mummy to be more comfortable just right after delivery. Dr Zul anesthetist has good spinal anaesthesia skill. His medicine also no side effect. Peadiatrician- Dr Farzana,is gentle and warm, standby for my delivery to ensure baby in good condition. Strongly recommend Columbia Tebrau due to good services and professional dr too 🤩

FNB NURINA. Food service is good. Cafeteria food is also well priced and tasty with nice portions. This review is for the hospitals FnB service. But I also want to include the quality of care and doctor's consultation service is very personable and we're professional. My wife was admitted for appendicitis and also ended up with a fibroid and ovarian cyst removal. All went without a hitch. Doctors were Dr Salehudin (general surgery), Dr Chong (Gynae) and Dr Mohd (Anaesthesiology). Special mention to Dr Chris in Emergency for performing a venipuncture on my wife arms which wasn't easy. (Gleneagles JB, your nurses failed badly here.) A big thank you to all the Doctors and nurses for taking my wife well during her on-going stay. However, my wife felt the nurses in the 2nd flr ICU wing could have been more thoughtful and show more initiative. When my wife was vomiting into the bag, the nurse just watched and walked off without offering any assistance. Not even getting more wipes or tissues as my wife was also struggling with headaches and nausea and pain in the abdomen. Nurses need to be show more empathy and care.

My First C section with Dr Suresh Nov 2022 , Second C section Jun 2024, Dr Suresh is very experienced, he monitor the pregnancy &mental health and I don’t feel stress here, anesthesiologist Dr Benjamin was paying great attention during my delivery. I manage to walk here and there on day after each surgery , i am glad to choose the right place - dentist DrSharon Lee

Thank you Dr. Kannan, Staff Nurse Sara, Staff Nurse Salehin, Medical Assistant Tasha, and Assistant Mr. Thiban for making things easier on that day. They were friendly, soft-spoken and very helpful whenever assistance was needed. Especially Dr. Kannan, who referred me to Orthopaedic Specialist Dr. Sem for further treatment. Thank you Dr. Sem - Orthopaedic Specialist, who performed the surgery and provided through explanations, was friendly,perfect and making things easier too. Thank you Doctor! Thank you also to the Operation Theatre team, which includes Dr. Benjamin, Staff Nurse Fariq, Staff Nurse Amir, and Staff Nurse Aliyaa, who were friendly and very soft-spoken. Thank you also to the staff on duty at MD6, namely Staff Nurse Izzah, Staff Nurse Yusrina, Assistant Sofea, Staff Nurse Thulasi, Staff Nurse Ira Atiqa, and Staff Nurse Fatin. Excellent care, medication and service that was prompt and timely, very friendly and soft-spoken.

I recently had an operation at this hospital, and I am extremely impressed with the level of care I received. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Ambigia was outstanding—she carefully considered the risks of spinal anesthesia versus a blockade and chose the latter, which I deeply appreciated. As a patient, I wasn’t aware that this option was available, and it addressed my concerns about potential risks with spinal anesthesia. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident, and it made a huge difference in my experience. Additionally, customer service representative Nur Insyirah was very kind and attentive. She made sure I had all the necessary information about the discharge process and asked for feedback to help improve the hospital’s services. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I felt well cared for every step of the way.
