My mother recently stayed at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh from 23-27 June for her largest kidney stones removal, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and professionalism we experienced during her stay. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and nursing staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The admission process was smooth and efficient, which immediately put us at ease. They demonstrated remarkable kindness and understanding, ensuring that my mother felt comfortable and well-informed about her treatment plan. The medical team was outstanding. Dr. Yang Jin Rong, Dr. Tan and their surgical team were not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all of our concerns with patience and clarity. Their expertise and calm demeanor were truly reassuring, and we felt confident that my mother was in the best hands possible. Throughout her stay, the nursing staff provided exceptional care. They were always available, attentive, and compassionate, frequently checking on my mother to ensure she was comfortable and her needs were met. Their professionalism and dedication were evident in every interaction, making a challenging time much more manageable. The facilities at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh were top-notch. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. Foldable chairs, pillows, and blankets are available for those who want to stay over (same gender with the patient). The entire staff, from the doctors and nurses to the support staff, treated my mother with the utmost respect and dignity. Their warm and caring approach made a significant difference in her recovery process. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care provided by Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh and its wonderful staff. Very fast & good service. I had uretheric stone it is very painful. Pantai hospital staff act fast give me pain killer and immediately do the city scan. This hapend at night. Early morning Dr Yang came explain to me the procedure and details of the surgery. In the evening after insurence approve done the surgery. Now iam much better. Alhamdulillah thank you Pantai hospital, thank you so much Dr Yang and thank you all the staff nurs.

Spent 2 days and 1 night in Pantai Ayer Keroh; such an excellent center. Had laparoscopic cholecystectomy by Dr Yang; gifted surgeon, speedy recovery. My anesthesia was handled by Dr Tan; a pleasant and professional doctor. Right from door step was greeted with smile by Sister Siti and nurse Jayanthi . The ward service was wonderful; my gratitude to Sister Nor Amelia and her team. Everything was made easy. Last but not the least Mdm Sharon from HR came to greet me before discharge. Marvelous experience!!!

1st in mylife warded in PHAK, staff yang khindness n helpfull,hospitality terbaik 👍& doktor yg terbaik👍👍👍. 👏tq nurse junaidah,baby ayu n akak nurpaizah👍 😁 yg sempoi n the other nurse yg tak cam nama. and the most thankfull to my doktor Datuk Dr Pang Kim Keng, expert in urology.👍 thanks to all helpfull, khindness n hospitality. such a great moment in PHAK.
