Top notch treatment from the Guards, Covid-19 swab nurse, cashiers, cleaners, food distributors, Customer Relations Officer, Imaging Dept and most important the nurses and the specialists who treated my husband Dr AMUDHA MURUGAN DORAISWAMY & Dr YANG JIN RONG. They have explained every details and answered our doubts. Daily 2 times ward visits were appropriate enough to cheer up my husband. Saying Thank You is not enough but sincerely we really appreciate everything that were provided to us.

Overall the nursing service was excellent, the f&b department tailored menu to suit my diet and my Dr Muven was excellent. The great job was terribly let down by a VERY VERY SERIOUS non compliance of the hospital's SOP on visitors. A co patient in same room had a stream of visitors for 1 or 2 days. Total visitors was about 3-4. Next day her daughter came in & spend whole afternoon there, left for home & came back the next day. Guard only caught the daughter's 2nd day's visit & asked her to go home. I had to complain to Dr Muven especially after i heard the patient complaining about a family member who still went out drinking with his frens during pandemic & only restrained during MCOs restriction. Dont know if that family member visited her & exposed all of us, sharing same room, to unnecessary risk. Visitors, unlike caregivers, are not subjected to Corvid test prior to entering hospital. She is a Chinese lady in bed 322B and under Dr Yang. I m really sorry that i have to highlight this serious non compliance to an, otherwise, excellent hospital. But it is for the benefit of all your vulnerable patients. I sincerely hope that you will look into this matter seriously & prevent future recurrence... i hope this feedback is beneficial to your hospital. Thank you very much.
