We would like to express our concern regarding the ongoing issue with insurance coverage. Unfortunately, the repeated delays from Dr. Azua in responding to the insurance provider have resulted in us not receiving any treatment while waiting for her reply. This has caused a significant inconvenience, with almost two full days wasted without progress. We understand that everyone has responsibilities, but this matter has led to unnecessary delays and incurred costs on our side. While it may seem easy to suggest “pay and claim,” the accumulated amount has reached nearly RM6,000 — which is not a small sum to bear upfront. Frankly, there appears to be a lack of urgency in addressing this issue, which is disappointing. We urge you to take this matter seriously. It’s not just about the money it’s about timely medical care and responsible service. Due to this experience, we have decided not to return to your facility in the future.
