    after 2 days of diarrhea. finally surrendered to kpj pasir gudang. the feeling of fear is there. but just accept it because I want to get well, right?. when I got to the hospital, I was treated by a sweet receptionist. I didn't make an appointment. so I walked in. normally I'm with doc faiz. but the doc wasn't there. the registration staff told me to go to dr lai's clinic. and then I was told to be warded.. the one I fell in love with the most at kpj is the nurse staff wei. why are they all behaving eh?? my bed is 601 ward amber court😅. before this I was warded at another level. if it was bad, they would prick an iv or antibiotics. from not having a fever, I could have a turtle fever wei. but this floor is different. It really hurts to have to prick my head and get blood drawn, what's all that? but the way they apologize and are gentle with me makes my heart feel appreciated because it hurts. every time they prick me, they will say first "I'm sorry, sir, it hurts a little, bismillah". when they drip salt water or antibiotics "are you okay?, if it hurts, let me know." when I moan in pain "Ouch".. they quickly apologize while gently rubbing me.. you're not wrong.. it's my fault because I don't take care of my health. The nurse doesn't scream. doesn't sing. is sweet with all her smiles. When diarrhea of course, the body is dry with water. I requested Dr. Lai to do a CT Scan. Dr. Lai also proceeded. During the CT scan, the nurse in blue and the brother wearing the skullcap were very gentle and always apologized. Because my veins did not want to cooperate. Until he called the senior. The senior came quickly and patted to remove the veins, it was hard to find them. Using a machine that can see the veins is also difficult. This senior is really not annoying. He is a good psycho. He just asked me to take a breath. I didn't have time to take a breath and he punched me and blood came out. The brother wearing the skullcap apologized many times when he wanted to put water in the jug. He did it slowly. Overall, I am satisfied with my treatment here. From the environment, cleanliness, and servicing, everything was tip-top. Until Ramadani from customer services came to visit to teach me how to use new apps. Even though Ramadan came in my life for only a few minutes, his first impression was that he Interacted With Patients and made all the pain disappear. bravo to all team section. you guys delivery service with quality & emphaty.
