26/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Azlina Saaban (ENT)/Dr. Collin (Anesthetic) - Tonsil operation went well. The doctors provided accurate explanations regarding the operation procedure and post-surgery condition. The nurses on MD3 ward took good care of me before and after the surgery. 2/5/2025 - MD3 and Dr. Amir (Physician)/Dr. Azlina (ENT) - Warded due to tonsillitis and bronchitis, with intermittent fever. The doctors provided excellent and very detailed explanations about my illness, and conducted highly relevant tests/diagnoses for my condition. The doctors were very attentive to my health progress after being given medication and antibiotics. Throughout the 4 days and 3 nights in the hospital, I was very satisfied with the services provided. 26/2/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Manmohan/Dr. Law Zhe Kang - Physiotherapy was scheduled in the ward, and all the pain I was experiencing was taken seriously. Very satisfied with the hospital's service. 5/1/2025 - MD2 and Dr. Razale - Treated well by the doctor and given a clear explanation about GERD. F&B - Food was delicious, suitable for people with GERD/gastric issues. Service was satisfactory and the overall service was very good.

Dr. Peter: As my favorite doctor, this was the second time I have been under his care. While he is firm and strict in his professional standards, he remains incredibly accommodating to patient requests. I truly appreciate the way he provides thorough answers and clear justifications for every part of the treatment plan. Nursing Staff: Every nurse I encountered was polite, highly committed to their duties, and consistently professional. My son, Ayden Lim Yan Zhe, had to visit the emergency department last night due to a fish bone stuck in his throat. He was very nervous and hesitant to let anyone help him. We are so grateful to Nurse Azlina and Dr. Azlina for their incredible patience, care, and support during this difficult time. Nurse Azlina, in particular, showed such compassion and patience, helping to calm Ayden and gain his trust. After nearly an hour of trying, they were finally able to remove the fish bone safely. Thank you so much to both Nurse Azlina and Dr. Azlina for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication. You made a very stressful situation much more manageable for both my son and our family. We truly appreciate your excellent care!

27/8/2025 wad Md3 Dr. Azlina provided excellent service. The tonsillectomy surgery went smoothly. The staff nurses also provided excellent, prompt, and efficient service. OPD-B Dr. Norzian was good. Able to discuss procedures and medications. All nurses provided good service.

Had a great experience at Columbia Hospital Cheras during my tonsillectomy. Special thanks to Dr. Azlina for her professionalism, clear explanations, and excellent care throughout the process. I would also like to thank the entire MD6 nursing team for their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication during my stay in Room 207.
