Dr. Raveenthiran Rasiah is a distinguished Consultant Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care Specialist with over 30 years of experience. A leader in his field, he has held past presidencies of the College of Anaesthesiologists and the Malaysian Society of Anaesthesiologists. His international contributions include board memberships with the World Federation of Societies of Anaesthesiologists (WFSA) and the World Society of Intravenous Anaesthesia (World SIVA). Dr. Rasiah's special interests encompass Total Intravenous Anaesthesia (TIVA), Paediatric and Obstetric Anaesthesia, and Safety in Anaesthesia, with a focus on perioperative temperature management. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia and Singapore, and a pioneer doctor at Avisena Specialist Hospital since 1997.
