Service at Oriental Hospital Melaka was truly superb. I was treated by Datuk Dr Gopinath and Dr Mohd Hanizam during my recent visit, and I’m very satisfied with the care I received. Both doctors treated me with great professionalism and kindness, and they took the time to explain every detail clearly, which really gave me peace of mind. My surgery and post-surgery recovery went smoothly. The physiotherapists and nurses in the ward were also very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

The interesting thing is free parking and there are some good doctors like Dr Gopy, Dr Ahmad Maujad, Dr Hanizam, Dr Rashidah and others. The most noticeable improvement is the inward food service. A lot has changed from before. Before the food was not tasty and not very palatable, now it has changed a lot and is good. One compliment is given. There are only a few issues that Oriental needs to focus on because I used to go there and send my insurance clients there. 1. The public canteen is hidden in the back and many shops are closed and the food does not taste satisfactory and interesting. 2. Slow to deposit refunds even though the insurance app has a final approved bill. 3. The wing ward is not fully opened causing beds to sometimes be full and clients get rooms that do not match their qualifications. For example, a client who qualifies for a single room was placed in a 6-bedded room which is narrow and does not have TV facilities. Others such as the ICU ward, other facilities, single rooms, double rooms are satisfactory. Nurse service is also good. Service at the counter, emergency, cleanliness and others are also the best.

This is my 2nd home.. always the best hospital that me and my families to came visit doc or warded. From the Customer service,BO counter, emergency dept, ward staff nurse.. all they do a good job. To Dr hanizam, doc rahsidah and doc Syed are the best doc at here.. tqsm to all.
