I had a very good experience at this hospital. I was admitted to Room 827 Carnation ward and was under the care of Dr. Abu Salim, who was professional, attentive, and took time to explain my condition clearly. The nurses who attended to me were very kind, responsive, and supportive throughout my stay. They regularly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. The overall service was efficient, and the environment was clean and well-managed. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the medical team. Thank you to the doctors and nurses for the excellent service.

Bell’s Palsy Room: 1103 Dr Abu Salim Idris – A very kind and caring doctor. He is excellent at calming patients and explaining things clearly. Nurses – All the nurses were very polite, gentle, and soft-spoken. They handled patients with great care and tenderness throughout my stay in the ward. Alya (Physiotherapist) – Very polite and soft-spoken, with strong knowledge about my condition. She showed a very high level of professionalism and genuine care in treating patients.

Nur Zahirah Binti Abdul Rahman (833 No 2). I’ve been here for years and guess what their services still No 1 and shout out to Dr Abu Salim and team they did great job and treated me very well. Allhamdullilah.

I am seeing Dr Arif and Dr Abu, both doctors are professional and very friendly. My health improved significantly under their care. The staff nurse are also very helpful and friendly, especially Pn Zaliha, she always carry a smile on her face and has been so helpful when I request for her extra helps, like printing the previous invoices to facilitate my insurance claim. I would like to say a big “thank you” to all of them.
