Datuk Dr. Mohd Noor Bin Awang is a highly experienced Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at Sunway Medical Centre. He specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery, cosmetic dentistry procedures, pain management, reconstructive surgery, and trauma surgery. He graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Malaya in 1979 and further obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Oral Surgery from the University of London in 1983. With over 27 years of experience, he has held academic positions, including Associate Professor and Deputy Dean at the University of Malaya, along with his private practice and consultant roles in various hospitals, including, Subang Jaya Medical Centre and Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur. He is known for his contributions to raising public awareness of dental health, and has expertise in managing conditions like facial neuralgic disorders, temporomandibular joint disorders, and oral-facial trauma.
