Hi just wanted to share my experience with Dr Ruben Nathan. He has been seeing my mother for the last 3 times. Based on my personal experience with my mom, DR Ruben. Has not sympathy for senior citizen. I noticed firstly made his patients wait while he walked around and kept talking to other Co workers with no respect for our senior citizens. My mom at the age 89 waited for 4 hours. When we finally was called in to his office. He started to look at her record no even once he made eye contact with my mom or myself to provide us with medical advice. All he did was to give her a jab and medication and her bill was 680ringgit.i wonder if this, is, how he treats his senior patients. I believe when someone becomes a doctor they vow to provide med ial advice and consult their patient needs instead of just making money. I have been for many years working for medical oroffesiknasl such as doctors, and specialsit, I know for sure they cared about their patients so we don't mind paying for medical advice and medication. I urge people, 'patients to SERIOUSLY consider other medical specialist instead of Dr Ruben. Or maybe with this email he will consider working more closely and paying attention to hhs patients just like when he first became a doctor. Thank you Henry Vincent. I was admitted in Mawar ward under Dr Ruben, the care given to me was amazing I would really like to thank all the efforts given by the doctor and not forgetting the nurses in Mawar ward for the excellent job, a special thanks to SN Kanniga, CN Ling and also SN Hargopal for all the care provided.

I had a pleasant experience during my hospital admission. The service was friendly and professional. Dr. Shamala and Ruban patiently explained my condition in detail, which made me feel well cared for. The food from Yati Pantry was also good and satisfying.
