I just underwent my second surgery here in KPJ Selangor by another expert; Dr. Haziq Hakimi Mohamad Azmi. The nasal endoscopy and CT scan were done and explained very clearly. I was made known to the options of treatments feasible as well as the possible complications and risks. A clear communication by Dr. Haziq helps smoothen my decision making process. Alhamdulillah, FESS, Sphenoidotomy and Septoturbinoplasty surgery went successfully well. Thank you soo much Dr. Haziq for the best consultation experiences as well as the amazing skills of surgery, resulting in a safe surgery despite the long list of possible complications and risks priorly explained. Thanks to the anesthetic team and to all the operation theatre staff for arranging the whole process smoothly and safely. The test results; X-ray and MRI were presented thoroughly. I was made known to the options of treatments possible and I truly appreciate being included in taking the responsibility towards my very own body. Alhamdulillah, the laser surgery went well, leaving no scar, and I am soo happy that I can immediately bend forward and perform my prayers normally. Thanks a lot KPJ Selangor for the great support, facilities and services. ----------------------- KPJ Selangor holds lots of gems! I highly recommend Dr. Hamiza Shahar for Gastroenterology and Dr. Habiba Kamarul for Clinical Haematology. ------------------------ However, to be fair on the reviews, the admission process took unnecessarily long even though my GL has been approved within minutes by Etiqa. The beyond 2 hours waiting time was frustrating considering only two people in que (as shown in the monitor). The discharge process on the other hand was so smooth and takes less than 30 minutes after my GL approved. ----------------- I have also been to another consultation for my pcos diagnosis but Dr. Mastura's explanation was not very satisfying at all. The tone was quite condescending and the explanation instilled worries and fear instead of promising solutions. My BP was quite high for a week until I got a proper explanation and consultation at another nearby clinic.

My aunt was admitted on 16 December 2024 and discharged on 21 December 2024. The care provided by the consultant, Dr. Shahar, Dr. Marlizan, the OT staff, and the ward team (439-4B) was outstanding. A special mention goes to Care Assistant Fuziahton, SRN Suriani, and the dietary staff, particularly Pn. Syafiqah, for their exceptional service. We appreciate the excellent care and hope it continues. This feedback is being shared on behalf of my aunt.

Rashidah: Under discharge depart, explained to me well and the price is reasonable. Doctor Hamiza and Saguna, very friendly and do some test to patient to see the heath progress. Thanks all the nurses to be kindest and treat me well during admitted at Hospital KPJ.

I would like to sincerely thank the team at Ward 2B for the excellent care and hospitality throughout my stay. Special appreciation to Dr. Atiki Falparado Ahmad, Dr. Ferdhany Muhamad Effendi, and Dr. Hamiza Shahar for their professionalism, kindness, and clear explanations which made me feel reassured. A big thank you as well to all the nurses, medical assistants, and staff for their attentiveness, patience, and genuine care during my recovery.
