      One of the nicest doctor I have seen so far. Recommended by another phychiatrist to see Dr. Low (claimed that he is good in treating psychiatry problems in elderly). My mother's anxiety problem has improved. Thanks Doc.

      Dr. Low Jong Sern was previously very professional in treating elderly mental health at Penang General Hospital, achieving very good results. The doctor was also selfless and helped my over 100-year-old grandmother. Afterwards, the doctor transferred to Butterworth Hospital, and my grandmother continued to receive treatment from him. The doctor is very patient and professional, and his medication is very precise. Thank you very much, doctor 🙏👍. Additionally, the emergency department doctor, Dr. Billy Yeoh Chen Wye, is also very professional, patient, and meticulous. All his team members are also very good. Dr. Billy is a patient and friendly doctor in the emergency department of the specialist hospital 👍👍👍.
