I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Gleneagles Hospital Johor, especially to Dr. Mohd Zaim Bin Mohd Rashid and Service Ambassador Ms. Irma Agil. I came to the Emergency Department with severe lumbar nerve compression and unbearable pain radiating down my left leg. The first person who attended to me was Ms. Irma Agil, and I must say, she was a true guardian angel that afternoon. She immediately recognised my pain, showed genuine empathy, and assisted me with such care and professionalism. The way she comforted me, guided me through every step, and ensured I was taken care of until I was warded was truly outstanding. Her service quality is exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for her kindness. I was then treated by Dr. Mohd Zaim, who is honestly one of the BEST orthopaedic and spine specialists I have ever encountered. He explained my condition clearly, acted quickly, and performed an endoscopic spine surgery with remarkable skill and confidence. His calmness, expertise, and genuine dedication made me feel completely safe throughout my treatment. Today, I can walk with relief again, all thanks to his professionalism and care.
