A very good experience here. Dr Kantha Rao (Urologist) was amazing. Lovely & polite nurses. BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THE RECEPTION READ YOUR REFERRAL LETTER IN DETAIL. My husband was meant to see a urologist for a renal test but the receptionist at level G and Level 1 thought it was a pregnancy ultrasound because they did not read the referral letter thoroughly instead they only looked at the scan and assumed. But they did apologise promptly in regards to the error but it is worrying.

Room 610. Underwent the biopsy and everything went smoothly. Dr Kanta from the urology unit acted professionally in providing advisory and medical services.

Kudos and thank you to food and beverages team of KPJ Rawang (Specialist). Thank you Najihah for your kind attention on my allergy and Chef Hafiz for the amazing food prepared throughout my stay. 421- Pros- friendly service, genuine care for patients feedback, clean, and comfortable. Doctor Kantha and Sangar treated, and attended to me really well. Cons - nurses talk in a hurry, it's difficult to grasp what they are saying sometimes. I requested for the tv controller a handful of times over the few days of my admission, never received it. The nurses gave me the wrong instructions a few times. The doctor had to resolve the matter.

The atmosphere in Ward 427 is very calm and clean, the nurses are all friendly and quick to provide assistance when needed. In addition, the hospital area is also well maintained with ample and organized parking, clean surroundings, and the overall atmosphere of the hospital is very calming.
