I have had excellent experiences with three different specialists at Gleneagles KK this year. In this review I would like to thank nephrologist Dr Lee Han Wei, who saved my life when I was critically ill in hospital with urosepsis and then looked after me at his clinic until my kidney function was fully restored. He is kind, caring, and an immensely able physician.

The nurses and doctors very kind. I was diagnosed with PE (Pulmonary Embolism) and PAD. Dr. Lee Han Wei and Dr. Chandran Nadarajan were the doctors who treated me. I am grateful that I wasn't too late in removing the blood clot. Dr Lee and Dr Chandran explained everything to me very clearly. Dr Chandran successfully performed procedure to remove the blood clot. if you ever feel like hard to breathe, if you feel fatigued, or if your legs feel tired when moving, don’t hesitate to seek treatment from a specialist, as soon as possible. I admitted to Gleneagles emergency on the 08 Feb in a severe headache and body aches condition. At the emergency hall, Ms Natasha initially approached me with a wheelchair and made sure I would be handled by the medical officers. Though the emergency department had a big crowd of patients at that moment, Ms Natasha constantly provided us with updates from time to time in regards to our waiting time to have a doctor check up on me. After seeing a MO at the emergency, i was then assisted by nurse Yvonee, who was very gentle and helpful the whole time. Nurse Yvonee was also the one who pushed me on my wheelchair to my room. The emergency department did a great job. During the admission, the nurses provided good service, especially Doctor Lee Han Wei, he was able to answer the questions and doubts that I had; having clarity in mind, I was more at ease. He is a very helpful and friendly doctor. In my admission, I won't use perfection because no one is perfect, instead nurses team and Dr. Lee Han Wei gave their best on my admission.

The hospitality was outstanding. everyone, from reception to nursing staff 7B (Bev, Elvie & Nurul), made me feel comfortable and cared for.
