Got admitted for 2 nights here, Arrived at Emergency at 11pm, MO Dr Afiq was so helpful, 12 nights later I can go into the room and rest. The specialist that attended me for 2 days is Dr Syed. He was soooo kind and helpful! He knows what he does. Not like some doctors who are ‘originally allowed’. Nurses here also very kind! Thanks to nurses at ward 3A for being helpful. Inserting IV line is also polite, my left hand has a little bruise due to IV lines, the nurses decided to switch right hand. Ready to come bring ice to reduce the bruise on the left hand. Discharge process was fast and smooth. 10am dr came, 11am pharmacy and billing staff came to the room, no need to go down to the lobby, everyone will come to the room only. So I can rest while waiting. At 12 I can go out and there is a service to help carry bags. Really hope that Aurelius Alor Setar can maintain this service 💯
