My mum was having acute abdomen for 2 weeks and went to several GPs who treated her as gastritis. None of the medication worked. So we decided to bring my mum to ED and was treated promptly by Dr Adil who is so caring and explained her condition very well. Subsequently my mum was seen by Dr Yong who is the surgeon on call. He also arranged for OGDS and colonoscopy and did it without long waiting time. He gave very useful advice for my mum’s condition. Special thanks to radiologist Dr Ng for being such an expert in her field for viewing my mum’s lesions via abdominal ultrasound. Most importantly, my mum had a successful operation under gynae Dr Silvam who was so professional, skillful, friendly, helpful and sincere. My mum was so well after day 1 post op and ready for discharge after 2 days post op. Not forgetting, the cheerful and friendly anaesthetis Dr Zohdy for amazing anaesthesia and pain relief given to my mum. Lastly, the nurses in wards and outpatient departments were so patient and helpful in every request and questions. Thank you the whole team including the ones serving meals, finance, customer service, security guards. Keep up the good work.

I recently underwent surgery at Columbia Asia Hospital – Puchong and had an overall positive experience. The procedure involved treatment for a right knee ACL, meniscus, and chondral injury, and I was fortunate to be cared for by a dedicated team of medical professionals. 🏥 Medical Team - Dr. Paisal Hussin was the consultant and surgeon for my knee surgery. He was professional, confident, and clear in his explanations before and after the procedure. His calm demeanor gave me peace of mind throughout the process. - Dr. Loy Yuong Siang and Dr. Muhammad Adil Mohd Ali Khan were also involved in my treatment, providing excellent support and insight into my recovery plan. Their teamwork and coordination were commendable. 💉 Nursing Staff The nursing care I received was exceptional: - Ms Low was incredibly sweet and attentive, always checking in with a warm smile. - Ms Hidayah, although initially fierce in her approach, turned out to be one of the kindest and most understanding nurses I encountered. - Ms Diana, Ms Fazlin, and Ms Nadhirah were always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. - Ms Syila and Ms NorFarah also stood out for their kindness and gentle care during my recovery. Each of them played a significant role in making my hospital stay comfortable and smooth. 🏃‍♀️ Physiotherapy Department - Ms Fatin Syazana from the physiotherapy team has been instrumental in my post-surgery rehabilitation. She is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Her guidance has made a real difference in my recovery journey. 🧾 Facilities & Service The hospital is clean, organized, and well-equipped. Registration and billing processes were straightforward, and the staff ensured everything was explained clearly. Waiting times were manageable, and appointments generally ran on schedule. 🌟 Overall Experience I would highly recommend Columbia Asia Hospital – Puchong, especially for orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation. The medical and support staff worked together seamlessly, and I genuinely felt cared for throughout my entire experience. Thank you for the professionalism and kindness for each doctor that treated me throughout the whole week before admission and during admission. Admitting doctor Dr Silvam, Dr Cheong . Not forgetting those had help to perform screening on me Dr Liew, Dr Suhaimi, Dr Emma, Dr Suhaimi, Dr Muhammad Adil. Their patience and details in answering my questions. Much appreciated to Dr Silvam Sellappan whom are so hands on and caring like a father with lots of encouragement words to me who has behave slightly not stable in emotion ( unable to accept the fact for this major surgery of debulking and the pain after surgery). With his encouraging word, it help me to built up my confidence to continue with further treatment . Thousand thanks to Dr Silvam. Overall facilities is quite good despite the built up is small. Doctor can be well trusted by the patient which is beyond my expectations. What can be further improve is to consider to build up the nurse competency . Set in was very painful and make the set in part swollen. The nurse left me for hrs from 5pm till 8pm which emergency doctor help to set in to continue the dripping of normal saline. When the emergency doctor ask the nurse to put the ice pack to my swollen hands the nurse said ok to doctor. But the whole night no one attend. Normal saline was polluted with my blood 2times after the nurse set up. 2times observing my admitting doctor when he help me to change the dressing and requested nurse on the torch light. First time the nurse use handphone light. Doctor sounded the nurse why use handphone light where is the torch light but the nurse stil can answered handphone light is sufficient . So rude to doctor .omg.... 2nd day my admitting doctor ask another nurse for the torch light and the nurse need to find it for almost 1 min outside the room. The nurse attending to patient together with doctor need to well prepared next time. Another thing is the nurse need to learn talking soft and gentle to patient. No need to talk so loud in the patient room where other patient can hear. And don't talk other patient status when need to attend to another patient. Each patient has the privacy rights. I can hear nurse is talking about other patient condition to another nurse when I was just resting in my room with the curtain closed up... In summary Doctor professionalism 5star Screening and OT facilities 5star Nurse professionalism 3star Food quality 3 star Room Cleanliness 3 star Hope all my humble comments here can further help to improve Columbia Asia Puchong.

My whole stay here at Room 95 MD2 when I got admitted because of bacterial infection has been amazing. All of the staff nurses have been very nice and attentive. Dr. Muhammad who’s treating me this time and my previous time here also has been paying a great attention to my case. Definitely recommended!!!!
