My son was admitted here due to a lung infection. I give 5 stars to the emergency department, including the registration counter staff, the nurses who first checked my son, and Dr. Akmal and Dr. Faiz, who also took care of us. Later on, Dr. Wong Yee Ming, who was assigned to treat my son, came to the emergency room at night to take blood and diagnose him. Dr. Wong was kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He made us feel calm and took his time to explain everything to us without any rush. We are very thankful to him and pleased with his care. The food provided was great, and the people working at the Columbia Cafe were polite and amazing in making good, affordable food. The nurses who took care of us in the Level 5 wards were all kind and amazing. Thank you so much; Columbia Bukit Jalil will definitely be our choice if we ever need medical attention again.

The professionalism, kindness, and dedication of all the staff truly made a difference during my visit.

My first time having health screening for RM338 at this hospital and everything went well and smooth. Nurse Elly assisted me throughout the session with cheerful and bright personality. The processes were fast from blood taking, xray, and ECG. They even gave me RM5 voucher for breakfast. Went through the result with Dr. Faiz in which he explained the details thoroughly and answered some of my questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I was brought to the emergency department with a severe migraine that felt unbearable. The pain was overwhelming, and I was struggling to stay calm. SSN Ranveer was incredibly kind and attentive, reassuring me with her gentle approach and patience. She made sure I was comfortable and kept checking in on me, which meant so much in that moment. Dr. Malvin also provided excellent care, carefully assessing my condition and explaining the treatment clearly. Their combined effort made a distressing experience so much easier to endure. I was admitted to the ER and treated by Dr. Muhammad Faiz Aiman Zaabar. He is a highly compassionate and skilled doctor who is, 1. Emphatic in listening to patient's circumstances and symptoms while patience and clear with his explanation 2. Thorough in diagnostic 3. Precise and effective in treatment 12 hours being discharged from the hospital I was able to be on a flight home feeling much better. I'm grateful to be writing this review 36 hours after this treatment.
