My son was admitted here due to a lung infection. I give 5 stars to the emergency department, including the registration counter staff, the nurses who first checked my son, and Dr. Akmal and Dr. Faiz, who also took care of us. Later on, Dr. Wong Yee Ming, who was assigned to treat my son, came to the emergency room at night to take blood and diagnose him. Dr. Wong was kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He made us feel calm and took his time to explain everything to us without any rush. We are very thankful to him and pleased with his care. The food provided was great, and the people working at the Columbia Cafe were polite and amazing in making good, affordable food. The nurses who took care of us in the Level 5 wards were all kind and amazing. Thank you so much; Columbia Bukit Jalil will definitely be our choice if we ever need medical attention again.

A new hospital with excellent service. On the first day, November 13, 2023, I was greeted with a dedicated smile from the guest relations officer. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Johan and Dr. Faiz, who were assigned to my care. Thank you to the friendly Staff Nurses on the first day: Dayang Nur Ain, Aisya, Nur Alia Idayu, and another Indian Staff Nurse who took my weight (apologies, I forgot her name). Assisted by other Staff Nurses: Camelia, Nur Hamizah, Aimiey Auniey, Eacqaruzilla (apologies if misspelled, difficult to pronounce), the staff nurse with glasses in a dark blue uniform who removed my needle, and several other staff members whose names I unfortunately cannot recall. Thank you for taking care of me and for the very prompt response when the call button was pressed. Customer service staff, Sandra, was also very kind; my visitors mentioned the same thing. Congratulations on your service. The F&B staff were also excellent, Fatin and another person whose name I forgot. Not to forget the friendly cleaning staff. The two male finance staff were very friendly and polite; please forgive me for forgetting their names. You are all 10 Stars!!! I hope Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil can maintain this service momentum and continue to provide a good experience for every patient who comes. Sincerely, #Malaysia #437/510A

There wasnt many crowd in the emergency. Thus my wife was treated immediately with care of the Supervisor Ms Low who brought my wife inside the bay and the ED team attended immediately. Very attentive Dr Malvin and Ms. Ranveer and also Ms. Alia who set my wife's IV line. And there was a frequent check by the other 2 male nurse which i could not get their names. Kudos to them who made us feel welcome and confortable despike my wife was having spike fever.

Yesterday we visited the Emergency unit as my spouse has injured his ankle due to a fall . The Nursing team and Dr Faiz were very prompt , helpful and good.Dr Faiz not only treated my husband but also dropped us home as it was quite late n we didn't have our own vehicle . We stay in Savanna Condominium and the hospital is just behind our apartment complex. But the road is a slopy mountainous hence we couldn't walk back with my husband fractured ankle .Thank you for the support Dr Faiz you are a very good human being 🙏🌹🌹
