My daughter was admitted here in MD2 room 68 & 66 for 1 week. From the moment we arrived, every staff member from the emergency, the doctors, nurses, and support staff showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for my daughter’s well-being. Doctor Jaya explain very details on her condition and treatement plan and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. Not to forget SN Sima, Ayu, Husna, Amiesha, Jacq, and Mimi went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, providing not just medical care but emotional support as well. They handled it very well even my daughter always cry when see them. haha. The hospital itself is clean, well-organized, and well-equipped, which gave us peace of mind knowing our daughter was in excellent hands. I could see how much the entire team cared about providing the best possible experience for both patients and families. I am truly grateful to everyone for making my daughter’s recovery as smooth and comfortable as possible. You have our heartfelt thanks, and we are forever appreciative of your dedication and care. My 9mo was recently admitted to CAH due to pneumonia. Thanks to Dr Sam, Ms Simone and all the nursing staff including Ms Shima, En Aizat and many more for your professional care and attention, giving us peace of mind that he’s in good hands.

Overall, I'm as a mother happy with the services. First time experience for my son warded with excellent services. They gave us freebies also (welcome kit & colouring book). The food is excellent, and all the nurses are very helpful and friendly with my son. Many thanks to the doctor, Dr Jeya (paed) for the good treatment towards my son. Last but not least, I totally recommend this hospital.

Rating 3.5 stars. The service needs slight improvement regarding the nurses' medication administration. My child was admitted due to a high fever. Only on Day 1 was the timing correct; on Day 2, it was sometimes delayed. My child had a high temperature, and we had to call a nurse before they came to check the temperature and administer medication. The night shift nurses did not round to check my child's temperature. This is different from other private hospitals. Other aspects were acceptable. However, the doctor's service was excellent, with good explanations, especially from Dr. Sam.

Good service from A-Z, my son was admitted 7days influenza . Nurse carren ( dont know exactly how to spell ) and doc jaya was really good . Recommended 10/10 to all .
