I was staying in Regen Rehab for 2 wks post my bilateral hip replacement surgery by Dr Gobinder Singh in Pantai Kl hospital. Dr Gobinder recommended Regen Rehab and I must thank him for his advice. I hv recovered very well thanks to the staff like Dr Neoh who gv me lots of encouragement n motivation to persevere with d intensive physio exercises during my stay in d hospital. I wld also like to thank all d nurses esp Esther who helped me a lot during my painful recovery giving me cold compress for my swollen legs n d other nurses who gv me lots of encouragement n assistance to help me recover speedily. I wld also like to thank my ever cheerful physiotherapists Rania and Jee n d occupational therapist who guided and supported me throughout my physio sessions to enable me to hv speedy recovery. I can walk well without walking stick after 3 mths thanks to d intensive physio sessions in Regen. It is worth spending the money to stay in ReGen and I highly recommend people to go there for physiotherapy. Once again I wld like to thank all d hardworking and dedicated staff who attended to my needs during my stay in d hosp. Keep up d good work.

This is not an essay, I just write whatever I experience in here 1 month +. I'm very happy and enjoy here. In this 1 year + I have been go through so many things and I had admit to 3 hospitals . Many things happened to me, I like to laugh but does not mean that I'm really happy, but honestly I'm very happy at REGEN REHAB HOSPITAL. Dr.Neoh is a very kind, good, soft spoken, patience, and attentive Dr. First time I meet Dr. Neoh, he spend around 2 hours to explain my situation to my parents so that we can understand more clearly about my situation. As a inpatient, Dr. Neoh will visit me 3 times per week. Every time he visit me, he will update me what's the new plan and last he will ask me have any questions or not before he left the room. My pt ( physio therapist ) is Miza, and my ot ( occupational therapist ) is Shivaani. They are very good. Both of them quite sayang me also. Thier training method is different and it is very efficiency, I admitted to REGEN REHAB HOSPITAL only 1 month but can see the improvement already, They'll find out where is the problems and weakness and will try to solve that problems by training exercise. All of the therapists here are very kind and patience, the environment of the therapy is quite different, I really like it. I feel very cheerful exercising at REGEN no matter ot or pt,outpatient or inpatient !even though it is quite tired but worthy because can see the improvement. All the nurse here are very good, kind, patience, and friendly. They also very take care of patients. I have a good memories at here. I know I'm very naughty keep run out from the room 😜 and always get ' tangkap 'by nurse. All the SN ( stuff nurse) are very good. Ain, Syaza, Liyana, Natasha, Fifi, Nina, Farrahin, Nurul, Raqib, Xin Peng and others SN but I forgot their names 😅. Ain very take care of me, very 'sayan̈g' me, and also treat me well. Syaza a pretty SN who very 'sayang' me also and she even bring me go level 2 to walk around. She also play games with me in front of the nurse station. Natasha is the coolest among all of them in my perspective lah, because I always feel that she very cool . But I'm quite shocked because she was bring me to see others patiens walk with robotic when i requested it. Farrahin is quite nice and talkative 😄 ,got 1 time I get caught and sit in front of the nurse station, she was chat with me even the hand still busy to typed reports she was very friendly. There are few more SN who take care of me but I forgot their names 😅 All the CA ( care assistant) are very good as well. Farah, Atirah, Nora, Faiq and Azeem are very good and I quite like them because they know me very well. They already knew my pattern such like I will use the shaver after I brushed my teeth and many more. I feel very comfortable because they really take good care for me . Asyrof spend his time to play games with me. Hajar, Daniel, and others CA too( but I forgot their's name also 😅.) For those names I didn't mention is not because of they not good, it just because I forgot their names 😅 but I can recognise their's look. My communications skills quite weak but all these words was truly from my heart. I'm really appreciate and thank you to all the nurse 🙏. All of this will be one of my best memories .Thanks god to let me know about Regen Rehab .Thank you very much 😊.
