A special mention goes to Dr. Liew Yen Eit, Dr. Masri, and Dr. Hafizah. Each of them provided exceptional care and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and empathy. Dr. Liew Yen Eit was particularly thorough in explaining my pregnancy plan and addressing all my concerns with patience. Dr. Masri’s expertise on infants and attention to detail were invaluable, while Dr. Hafizah’s supportive and reassuring approach during the operation made my experience much more comfortable like home. The hospital’s facilities were modern and meticulously clean, contributing to a comfortable and safe environment. The attention to detail in maintaining hygiene and patient comfort was impressive. First time mum, gave birth on 12/09/24, via c-section after not progressing during labour. Was admitted a total of 4D 3N. Dr Liew was professional, calm and composed throughout the induction process and made us feel comfortable and safe every step of the way with the assistance of the midwives who were kind and gentle. Dr Liew and the rest of the team at the Preterm Prevention Clinic (Dr Imelda & Dr Haliza) were amazing during my pregnancy. I had a shirodkar cerclage put in (2D 1N) at 14 weeks gestation and that procedure was done quickly and comfortably. Even my anaesthesiologist Dr Zuraini did an amazing job- no pain, and she helped keep me calm and happy in the OR (got her during my c-section as well!). Could not recommend and thank them enough for helping us bring our baby girl into the world. Especially after having a 2nd trimester loss last year, they know exactly how to treat their patients and ensure a safe, happy pregnancy and delivery. Would also like to say thank you to the nurses at the Nursery who took care of my daughter extremely well when she had to have phototherapy due to jaundice. Having the best experience with the Preterm birth Prevention team ! From the early pregnancy till the delivery I have received a wonderful supports and services not only from the doctors ( dr imelda , dr liew, dr haliza ) but also the frontliners Afiqah , Miera, and Azreen! I must say that the experience here has healed the pregnancy fear that I had during my previous one. Semoga lebih ramai lagi ibu dapat berjaya melahirkan cahaya mata yang dinanti2 dengan selamat !

Praise be to God. We were trying to conceive (TTC) for 8 years. We found out I had cervical insufficiency. We immediately followed up at the Preterm Birth Prevention Clinic with Prof. Imelda, Dr. Haliza, and Dr. Liew, from February 2025 to October 2025. It was smooth sailing from the initial appointment until delivery. Every check-up was detailed and thorough. I am very satisfied with the service at the Preterm Birth Prevention Clinic. I also want to thank Afiqah, Alin, and Miera, who were always helpful in facilitating our affairs. The service provided was indeed good and courteous.
