He was professional, confident, and clear in his explanations before and after the procedure. His calm demeanor gave me peace of mind throughout the process. - Dr. Loy Yuong Siang and Dr. Muhammad Adil Mohd Ali Khan were also involved in my treatment, providing excellent support and insight into my recovery plan. Their teamwork and coordination were commendable. 💉 Nursing Staff The nursing care I received was exceptional: - Ms Low was incredibly sweet and attentive, always checking in with a warm smile. - Ms Hidayah, although initially fierce in her approach, turned out to be one of the kindest and most understanding nurses I encountered. - Ms Diana, Ms Fazlin, and Ms Nadhirah were always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist. - Ms Syila and Ms NorFarah also stood out for their kindness and gentle care during my recovery. Each of them played a significant role in making my hospital stay comfortable and smooth. 🏃‍♀️ Physiotherapy Department - Ms Fatin Syazana from the physiotherapy team has been instrumental in my post-surgery rehabilitation. She is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. Her guidance has made a real difference in my recovery journey. 🧾 Facilities & Service The hospital is clean, organized, and well-equipped. Registration and billing processes were straightforward, and the staff ensured everything was explained clearly. I just came here because I had a unbearable period pain and continues bleeding for months. Went to clinic many time and they just gave hormone pills. But still no difference until I came here and Dr Silvam guided me and I got to know I had uterine fibroid. And the surgery was conducted by Dr Loy. I felt very overwhelmed by their kindness and friendliness. very much recommended.

My husband was admitted at Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong for ACL and undergo operation done by Dr Kamal. The treatment was done professionally, friendly as we were nicely treat by Doctor and his team throughout the whole process, from admission till discharged. All the communication since the 1st check up also being smoothly assist by Dr Kamal Assistance, Ms Dilla. She’s friendly and entertained our queries by WhatsApp communication. Not to forget, the support from Dr Loy (anaesthetic) with his detail explanation before my husband’s operation. Throughout his assessment prior to the operation, he let us know his concern regarding the risk of sleeping disorder that were found out upon my husband’s breathing style after being put to sleep for the operation. After the operation, he was more convinced that my husband have sleeping issue (sleep apnea) and recommend us to further check with pakar pernafasan. Will continue with CAHP for the next physio treatment. Overall services are excellent. A little improvement can be made for: Admission registration-There is only 1 counter available during the evening admission although there are many person need to be admitted at the time. Foods- having a little bit gravy on the dishes or watery like soup very much appreciated. According to my husband, the foods delicious but too dry and when in fully air-conditioned room, its seem hard to swallow. No roof over parking exit gate- since now it’s raining season, it’s more crucial than ever. Please build roof at the exit gate because I have to endure heavy raining when touching my touchngo card at the terminal.
