Her professionalism, compassion, kindness, and genuine care gave us great comfort from the beginning until the safe arrival of our baby. Her clear explanations, gentle approach, and confident decision-making made us feel safe, respected, and well guided during the most important moments of our lives. We are also sincerely grateful to Dr. Wong and Dr. Arun for their support, expertise, and care throughout the delivery process. Their professionalism and teamwork contributed greatly to a smooth and reassuring experience for our family. Our appreciation also goes to the Nurses at Maternity Ward and Nursery Care of Level 5, who were truly wonderful and highly committed to the CARE principles. Their attentiveness, patience, empathy, responsiveness, and dedication made a significant difference during our stay. They were always kind, supportive, and ready to assist whenever needed, making both mother and baby feel well cared for at all times.
