I highly recommend Dr. Yip Chee Wai from the ophthalmology department! He was incredibly kind and patient during the consultation. Regarding the choice of lens for cataract surgery, he explained the advantages and disadvantages of monofocal versus, extended depth of focus and multifocal lenses very clearly, without any impatience, which immediately eased my pre-operative anxiety. Not only is his skill reassuring, but his communication style is also incredibly warm and welcoming. He truly embodies both medical ethics and expertise. Thank you so much. I would also like to express my special thanks to Ms. Lisa and Ms. Aida at the front desk, as well as the other surgical assistants, for their dedication, warmth, and friendliness. I had my cataract surgery done by Dr Yip last year and now I have perfect vision After that I have brought not less than ten people from the Miriam Home for the aged to see Dr Yip for the cataract operationare many reasons why l introduced others to see Dr Yip for the cataract operation . Make new friend with Dr Yip for amazing new colourfull and knowledgefull experience during cataract surgery. Pn Sabrina from Insurance department went all out fighting for me for insurance payment. Not successfull, but her spirit and determination to assit me convince me that in Pantai Hospital patients are thier priority.

Hello. My family has been regular patients at KPJ Kluang since the old KPJ facility to the new one. Recently, my father underwent eye surgery with the ophthalmologist. I was impressed with the significantly improved interior design. Wow! One more thing: on the 4th floor, the outpatient department's care assistants were very friendly, smiling, and helpful from our initial appointment with Dr. Yip all the way to the ward. It's undeniable that there were many patients, but the service from the duty care assistants was excellent. Good job and big thumbs up for your service.
