CAH Setapak services were good, awesome, effective, efficient, and prompt. Dr. Yong Yuen Geng, Dr. Sathvinder, Dr. Ganesh & Dr. Rajesh was very helpful and professional. All the nurses and Mahsa students are very helpful (Fizi, Noor Syaidatul, Azreen, Aishah, Intan, Dharshini, Bibiana and others who serve me on ward 91A [2-5 Oct 2023], I'm very satisfied. Thanks for your hospitality.. Compared to Gleaneagle Ampang, you all did a good and excellent job. 🙏

Good service from Doctor Yong and the nurse.

Poor timeliness of service was experienced during an appointment with Chief Medical Services Dr. Yong Yuen Geng. The appointment card indicated a 10:00 arrival time, yet arrival at 9:30 was advised. Despite the early arrival, waiting extended until 12:00. Subsequently, the nurse instructed a return at 2:00, not once but twice. This situation was truly ridiculous, indicating a lack of proficiency in time management by the nurse. The overall service was exceptionally poor. Given the high fees associated with private hospitals, opting for government hospitals may be both a better and more economical choice.

Good service from all the staffs especially Mrs Theebah & team from customer service team, best assistance from nurses Annama & Bavi, good service from cafe team & last but not least excellent consultation from my favourite doctor Dr Johan & Dr YYG. So sad to hear that doc Johan will be transferred to another branch☹️

Did removal of my gallbladder by Dr Yong Yuen Geng, he’s a very good surgeon, kind, calming and professional! He actually took the time to visit and personally checked up on me a few times ☺️ I really appreciate all of his good efforts! Special thanks to all the nurses, Noor Sadyhatul(?) and not to forget ER dr (Malay male) and nurses. 5/5 for all the services ✨ May god bless you all 🫶🏼
