I was admitted to Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak from 9/9/2025 to 12/9/2025 at Ward 97B for a cholecystectomy and endoscopy procedure under Dr Yong Yuen Geng. From admission until discharge, everything went smoothly. The medical team and nurses were attentive, professional, and caring throughout my stay, making the whole process much less stressful. The hospital also handled my Great Eastern insurance coverage efficiently, which made the admission and billing process hassle-free. Overall, I had a very positive experience and I truly appreciate the excellent care provided. Highly recommend Columbia Asia Setapak for anyone seeking medical treatment.

Spent 4 days and 4 nights at Columbia Asia Hospital and honestly, it was way better than expected (minus the reason I was there, of course!). Dr. Yong Yuen Geng was fantastic—super attentive and explained everything about my condition in detail. He ran all the necessary tests to figure out what was going on and it felt like I was in great hands from the start. Shoutout to the awesome nurses at Ward MD4, Room 93! The team kept checking on me, saying, “Kalau sakit bagitahu ya,” which was such a comfort! Aisyah and Azimah (I hope I got her name right!) were amazing, answering all my endless questions with so much patience. And the night shift nurses—I might not know your names, but I won’t forget your kindness. Special thanks to the two pregnant nurses (one with a black jacket!) who went above and beyond to make me comfortable when I was in pain from the IV line. They took the time to help and offering ice to ease the discomfort. Big thanks to all the staff from the ER to OT and everyone in MD4, Room 93. You guys really made the stay easier and I’m so grateful!
